Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Eatelite, we aim to provide high-quality, fresh products with an exceptional experience for our customers. Below are our policies regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
1. Cancellations
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. However, you may still email or contact us within 3 hours, and we will review your request. Please note that cancellations beyond the 1-hour window are at our discretion and will only be accepted for valid reasons.
Cancellation Process: When requesting a cancellation, please provide a valid reason. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Allergies & Sensitivities: Our products are processed in a facility which also processes other products and may contain allergens such as soy, nuts, dairy, or gluten. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients list and consult with a healthcare professional if necessary. EatElite is not liable for any adverse reactions.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Availability: COD is available for select locations and orders. This payment method allows you to pay in cash at the time of delivery.
Refund for COD Orders: If a refund is required for COD orders, cash will not be refunded. Instead, the refund amount will be converted into credit points, which can be used for future purchases on our website. These credit points will be added to your account and will remain valid for one year.
3. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once the products have been delivered, they cannot be returned.
4. Replacement or Refund for Issues with Orders
If there is an issue with your order, such as:
• Receiving the wrong product
• Damaged or defective items
• Concerns regarding product quality
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately within three days of receiving the order.
To ensure a fair resolution, we adhere to the following process:

Individual Assessment: Each case is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Resolution: Based on our evaluation, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement, a full refund, or if no action is required.

Legal Jurisdiction: Please note that all disputes, claims, or cases regarding product issues—including the receipt of wrong products—will be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
Replacement: If applicable, we will arrange for a new shipment of the correct or undamaged product.
Refund: For all orders, regardless of the payment method, refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit points. Whether you placed a prepaid order or a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the total refund amount will be credited to your account as points within 4–7 working days once your return has been processed and verified. Please note that these credit points are valid for one year from the date of issuance and must be used within this timeframe toward any future purchases on our platform.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if issues are not reported within a reasonable time frame, or if it is determined that the product's condition was altered after delivery.
