You may cancel your order within one hour of placement for a full refund, while requests made up to three hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for an individual assessment regarding a replacement or refund.
For your convenience, we offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. Please note that while prepaid refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 4–7 working days, refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively as store credit points for future purchases.
